Joe Rogan Warns Harris Could End First Amendment
Joe Rogan warned this week that if Vice President Kamala Harris wins the presidential election, the First Amendment could face serious threats due to the extreme views of her and her running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz (D).
Rogan made these comments on his show “The Joe Rogan Experience” during a discussion with former U.S. Navy SEAL Shawn Ryan.
“I don’t think it turns around if Kamala Harris gets into office, I think they clamp down more,” Rogan said regarding the political Left’s push to censor speech. “I think the same stuff that they were trying to do with Twitter, they’ll try to do with something else and with other things — they’ve already openly discussed it.”

He added, “You know, she’s openly discussed that the same rules have to apply to Facebook, they have to apply to Twitter, and that Elon Musk could lose his privileges.” Rogan pointed out, “There are so many wild things that they’re saying. Tim Walz said that the First Amendment doesn’t apply to misinformation or hate speech.”
He emphasized that the First Amendment is meant to protect speech, even if it is factually incorrect, and expressed concern over how government officials used the COVID-19 pandemic to silence those who criticized the government’s actions.
“How about masks don’t work? You would get screamed at for saying masks don’t work. Well, guess what? They don’t work. They don’t work,” he stated. “Fauci said masks don’t work. Remember that interview before the pandemic, before they knew how big it was gonna be? He was like, you don’t have to wear a mask. Then it was wear two, then it was put two face diapers on. It’s bananas how easily people fell in line. That scared me the most.”
