Biden Says Children Flip Him Off ‘All The Time’
President Joe Biden claimed this week that young children often give him the middle finger whenever he is driving through neighborhoods or rural areas. Speaking to a group of supporters at a campaign event in his hometown of Scranton, Pennsylvania, The 81-year-old president said that he usually sees 7- and 8-year-olds flipping the middle finger whenever he’s driving around.
He made this claim while speaking against yard signs that say “F Biden.”
“I’ve never thought I’d see a time when I’m going through a — a neighborhood or a rural town that’s in the West and see big signs that have a Trump sign in the middle that says ‘F Biden’ and having a little kid standing with his middle finger — seven years old, eight years old,” Biden stated, adding, “Well, I promise, it happens all the time. It’s not who we are.”

Prior to the remarks about children giving him the middle finger, Biden spoke about why he entered the presidential race in 2020. Citing the Charlottesville, Virginia, car attack in August 2017 as the reason behind his decision to run for president against former President Donald Trump, Biden said, “And my future opponent, my present opponent — they asked him what he thought of it. He said there were ‘very good people on both sides.’ And I’m going to say something that may sound outrageous to you, but I thought … he’s the antithesis of everything I believe, and I thought I could beat him. And that’s why I ran.”
In the attack, a man had driven his car through a group of people protesting a white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, killing a young woman.
Biden, in his remarks at his campaign event, then claimed that a person’s political philosophy does not matter when it comes to being “Left, Right or center.”
“But it matters about whether or not you’re going to abide by the basic rules, you’re going to have a sense of decency,” he stated.
The president also railed against a Fox News’ analysis of his State of the Union speech last month.
“I was watching on television last night, about two in the morning, after we got back to the house. I had the TV on and there was a Fox News commentator saying, ‘You know, Biden is changing from trickle-down economics to build from the middle out and the bottom up. It is going to ruin America.’ Ruin America? We have the strongest economy in the world right now,” he claimed.
