Turkish Lawmaker Collapses After Invoking God’s Wrath On Israel
A lawmaker from Turkey declared on Tuesday that Israel cannot “escape the wrath of God.” He, however, had a little taste of that wrath almost immediately.
As seen in video clips from the Turkish Grand National Assembly, Saadet Party Kocaeli Deputy Hasan Bitmez was presenting a speech before the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in which he strongly condemned Israel and called the nation “murderers.”
“Even if history remains silent, the truth will not remain silent,” he stated.
Referring to Israel, he went on, saying, “They think that if they get rid of us, there will be no problem. However, if you get rid of us, you will not be able to escape the torment of conscience. Even if you escape the torment of history, you will not be able to escape the wrath of Allah.”
Right after he made the comments against Israel, Bitmez said, “I salute you all” and collapsed, with fellow assembly members rushing to his aid.
According to Turkish officials, an x-ray showed that two of his main veins were completely blocked. He reportedly had to be connected to a heart-lung pump as the issue proved “extremely critical and serious.”
Officials added that “He is now vital with a heart-lung pump.”
Turkish parliament member Hasan Bismet strongly condemned Israel, shouting that it will "suffer the wrath of Allah". Moments later Bismet suffered a heart attack and collapsed.

A fourth user drew a connection to God’s promise to Israelites in the Bible through Abraham, the father of Isaac, who gave birth to Jacob later renamed Israel.
“I will bless those who bless you, but I will curse those who curse you,” the user wrote, quoting the biblical promise.
